The hotel offers beautiful sea views and is in a quiet location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of the town center and small harbor. The hotel beach is great, especially for kids.
Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

Bus stop is 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel met the criteria, I would love to come back. Perfect place for city break in Ouranoupoli.

Stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere made my stay at Xenia Ouranoupolis unforgettable. The hotel's private beach was a true gem, providing ample space and sun loungers for all guests. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was also commendable. Although there were some minor issues with the beds and limited food choices, the overall value for money was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a tranquil and enjoyable getaway. I had a wonderful time at Xenia Ouranoupolis and would happily return in the future.

I liked that I could leave it.
Terrible terrible hotel! We came there to swim with our son in the indoor swimming pool and to rest after a week of hard work. But the indoor swimming pool does not allow children (even though I called the hotel before the booking checking that it would be available for just that). The outdoor pool was cold and full of dirt in the bottom and wild dogs were walking around it. The bathtop drain was so full of hair and filth that it did not drain. They fixed that and left a bit of hair and filth on the toilet seat. In the night we did not get rested as the air conditioning did not work (they could not fix it). We were sweating and turning al night in the moist hot air of Ouranoupolis. Do not stay at this hotel. They do not care enough.

Excellent location, all rooms with a sea view, safe for children, the size still gives you the feeling of privacy and family atmosphere.
Not fault of a hotel but the noise from the two sea cranes working from 7AM till 7PM was very unpleasent.

The location was extremely good with long beach frontage and spacious gardens around the accommodation blocks and bungalows. Unusually, all rooms have sea view and have very efficient air conditioning
Unfortunately the beds were the hardest I have ever slept in. Beach sunbeds hard slatted wood/plastic and no mattresses. Food was disappointing but adequate. More suitable for young families as everything close by. Very few quiet comfortable places to sit for older couples, and no other English visitors. Long way from the airport with no transfers, so car hire essential

Our stay at Xenia Ouranoupolis was great value for money, with a large and cozy superior room and a prime location right by the beach and town's restaurants. The staff were professional and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring that there are covers for the food on display to prevent flies from landing on it.

Location is perfect, big rooms, good value for money.
Receptionist was not friendly, charging extra for safe in room and sunbeds gives impression of 2 star rather than 4 star hotel.
